the ambiance is supposedly charming, but I was stuck in the garage room with no one to help me. oh, and I was expecting a warm welcome that never came! I was utterly perplexed as to why I wasn't offered an upgrade—certainly would have made my experience much better. just couldn't give a good review here.

missingWrote a review on 18 Octconvenient locationfrustrating check-incramped room
The location is very convenient for exploring the city.
I encountered a frustrating check-in process. no one responded to my arrival call, and I had to make multiple attempts to get help. My room was cramped and located above the garage, which felt disconnected from the main house. The eerie atmosphere after 5 PM made it uncomfortable as there was no staff presence, and I felt quite alone navigating the honesty bar.
